Project Management Committee (PMC): The SEAMEO College is advised and guided by the Project Management Committee who evaluates the performance of, and provides directions to, the Project Management Office. The Committee approves workplans and guidelines for PMO, identifies and appoints members of the Advisory Board, reviews and approves budget, and examines periodic financial statements, in addition to overall management oversight of the PMO.
Advisory Board: To ensure effectiveness and achievement of the SEAMEO College, the Advisory Board advises the project on policies and directions, programmes and content of SEAMEO College, provides and shares technical expertise and assists in advocacy and communication. In addition, the Board helps connect to potential partners and obtain funds or other forms of support from donors, development institutions and private corporations.
SEAMES: The SEAMEO Secretariat serves as the Executing Agency, providing administrative and financial support services to the SEAMEO College. With the Secretariat Director serving as Chairperson of the Advisory Board and the Project Management Team, the Secretariat provides policies and guidance in the management of the SEAMEO College. In addition, the Secretariat coordinates with SEMAEO Centres and other development partners to facilitate the performance of project activities.
Project Management Office (PMO):SEAMEO College PMO is composed of one Project Manager and three Project Officers with extensive experience in the education sector. SEAMEO College PMO is responsible for SEAMEO College’s day-to-day operations and providing technical expertise in the entire cycle of the project. PMO is also under the guidance of SEAMEO Secretariat as the Executing Agency for the SEAMEO College project.
